1. INTRODUCTION

The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) is a Developmen Finance Institution established by the Federal Government of Nigeria to democratize access to consumer credit for the nation's working population. It aims to accelerate consumer credit access to 50% of economically active Nigerians by 2030 by removing structural and market barriers and catalyzing the industry with capital, guarantees, and policy.

The bidder will be responsible for the supply of the underlisted Vehicles:

Prequalified Bidders shall submit the following minimum verifiable requirements

to be eligible for engagement consideration:

  • Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate AffairsCommission (CAC) including Form CAC 2 and CAC 7.
  • Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three(3) years. (2022, 2023 & 2024) valid till 31st December 2025.
  • Evidence of Current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December2025.
  • Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificatevalid till 31st December 2025. e) Evidence of Current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2025.
  • Evidence of Registration with the National Database of Federal Contractors,Consultants and Service providers by submission of Interim RegistrationReport (IRR) or valid Certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement
  • Sworn affidavit disclosing that the Bidder is neither in receivership nor asubject of insolvency/bankruptcy/winding up proceedings.
  • Company Audited Statement of Accounts for the last three (3) years (2022,2023 & 2024)
  • Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the Job by submission ofreference letter from a reputable Bank.
  • Verifiable documentary evidence of at last three (3) similar jobs executed inthe last five (5) years including award letters.
  • Consent to allow for Verification of all the documents submitted includingCAC, Federal Inland Revenue, Pension & Industrial Training Fund andCompany’s financial standing with bankers.
  • For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) shouldbe provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension ComplianceCertificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR &Sworn Affidavits are compulsory for each JV partner).
  • All documents for submission must be transmitted with Covering/Forwardingletter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongstothers, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate AffairsCommission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSMNo), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names andNationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the pageduly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.

3. SUBMISSION OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Submission of Request for Quotation can be submitted via e-mail ina PDF file format.

4. OPENING OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The RFQ shall be opened immediately after the deadlines for submissionsat 12:00 noon on 4th September 2025. Prequalified bidders are invited forthe Bid Opening.

5. GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Request for Quotation must be in English Language and signed by anofficial authorised by the bidder.
  2. Request for Quotation shall not be accepted after the deadline.
  3. The CREDICORP is neither committed nor obliged to shortlist any firm.
  4. The CREDICORP will only recognize and correspond with only authorisedofficers of the applicant’s companies and NOT through individuals oragents acting on their behalf.
  5. This advertisement for invitation shall neither be construed as acommitment on the part of the CREDICORP nor shall it entitle any contract to make any claims whatsoever and /or seek any indemnityfrom the CREDICORP.
  6. Submission with false document is an offence, which will lead todisqualification and prosecution.
  7. The applicants shall bear all costs associated with the preparation andsubmission
  8. The Applicant is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, andspecifications in this RFQ. Application shall be deemed to have beendone after careful study and examination of this RFQ with fullunderstanding of its implications.
  9. The information contained in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentor information provided subsequently to applicants, is provided to theapplicant(s) on the terms and conditions set out in this RFQ documentand all other terms and conditions subject to which such information isprovided.
  10. CREDICORP is not bound to pre-qualify/shortlist any firm and reserves theright to annul the Procurement Process at any time without incurring anyliabilities in accordance.
