1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) is a Development Finance Institution established by the Federal Government of Nigeria to democratize access to consumer credit for the nation's working population. It aims to accelerate consumer credit access to 50% of economically active Nigerians by 2030 by removing structural and market barriers and catalyzing the industry with capital, guarantees, and policy.

To fulfill its mandate and strategic objectives, the organization hereby invites reputable and competent service providers, Consultants and Contractors with certified knowledge, verifiable capacity, and experience to indicate interest for pre-qualification for its current procurement activities:

3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Interested and competent firms must submit the following documents for verification:
Mandatory Requirements:
· Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including Form CAC2 and CAC7.
· A certified true copy of the Memorandum and Article of Association.
· Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022, and 2023) paid as at when due (such evidence shall reflect the value of the projects undertaken by the company in the last three (3) years.
· An Interim Registration Report (IRR) as Evidence of Registration on the BPP National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers.
· Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.
· Evidence of Compliance Certificate with the provisions of Section 6(1)(3) of the
amended Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No.19 of 2011.
· Sworn Affidavit disclosing that the company is not in receivership, insolvent, or bankrupt, that the company does not have any Director who has ever been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for a criminal offense in relation to fraud or financial impropriety. Whether or not any officer of the relevant company was / is a former or present Director, Shareholder, or has any pecuniary interest in CREDITCORP, and that all documents submitted for the bidding are true and correct in all particulars.
· Employees’ Compensation Scheme (ECS) Compliance Certificate issued by the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
· Comprehensive company profile including registered office, functional contact email address, GSM phone number(s), with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications, a Proposed Management Team, Organizational Chart, with the Curriculum Vitae (CV’s) of key personnel to be deployed on the project, the Company’s Audited Statement of Accounts for the last two (2) years (2022, 2023 duly stamped by licensed Auditors.
· Evidence of financial capability to execute the project, including a reference letter from the organization’s Banker indicating a willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the assignment when needed
· Evidence of past contracts, successfully executed within the last two (2) years, which must have similarity scope and complexity, including Letters of Awards, attestation on Job successfully completed.
· Evidence showing the organization’s direct relationship with OEM for proprietary products (where applicable).
· Proposed team, organizational structure, copies of Curriculum Vitae, Certificates, Professional Membership Licenses (individual or corporate), HSE policies, and evidence of ownership / lease of equipment (where applicable).
4.0 COMMUNICATION
All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter
under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing, amongst others, the Registration
Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address,
Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.) and company e-mail address and be duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.
5.0 SUBMISSION:
The submissions shall be in two separate sealed envelopes (original and copy) boldly marked at the top left corner: “PREQUALIFICATION for the Proposed CREDICORP ………… (Description), ……. (LOT No.), and addressed to:

6.0 CLOSING DATE:
All submissions must be received at the above Office not later than 1:00 pm on June 10, 2024.
7.0 OPENING DATE:
The submissions will be opened immediately after close of business on the June 10, 2024.

This is not an invitation to tender. Complete tendering procedure will be applied to Companies prequalified and found capable of executing the contracts. Successful companies only shall be contacted for the bidding process, documents included in your submission must be itemized on the application and applicants are entirely liable to the veracity of the documents submitted by them.
Nothing in this advert shall be construed as a commitment on the part of the CREDICORP to commit to the proposed procurement, the Corporation is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and also reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities.
